I want to thank SoCal Connected for their segment dealing with FEMA flood mapping in south central LA. I was shocked to see that the residents there would be considered to be in a flood zone and have to pay such exorbitant insurance rates. I am looking forward to seeing the segment dealing with the special circumstances that Oxnard residents are also facing in regards to flood plain mapping by FEMA
