• someone over 65 who is looking for a roommate or a renter for added security and to help defray expenses in these tough economic times.
• a senior who has recently moved in — or is considering moving in — with adult children to save on expenses.
• a family currently facing the decision to place a loved one in an assisted living facility or having to hire a caregiver for in-home help.
