Advice is cheap, but who doesn't need some in these difficult and confusing financial times?
And who's a more trusted financial advisor than Jane Bryant Quinn. For decades she wrote a syndicated column and a weekly feature for Newsweek. She's a regular on PBS, and she's just released an updated edition of her long-time best-seller, Making the Most of Your Money.
I had a chance to talk with her during a recent visit to Los Angeles, and, as usual, her advice was simple, direct, and proudly old-fashioned.
