A survey conducted late last week shows Wendy Greuel and Eric Garcetti locked in a statistical dead heat, though of the voters who have already chosen their candidate, roughly half said they could still change their minds, according to a USC Price/Los Angeles Times poll released yesterday.
The poll found Garcetti had 27 percent support going into Tuesday's election, while Greuel had 25 percent, statistically even with her opponent.
"Voters don't appear to have very strong feelings about anyone who's running or anything they're talking about," the poll's director, Dan Schnur, told the Los Angeles Times.
Schnur, director of the Jesse M. Unruh School of Politics at USC, will be on SoCal Connected tonight to discuss the results. Tune in at 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.
