First, Correspondent Brian Rooney examines the California governor's race between Jerry Brown and Meg Whitman. Next, correspondent John Larson takes a look at Proposition 23, which would overturn California's 2006 landmark climate-change legislation. Larson looks into the out-of-state oil billionaires who are bankrolling the proposition. And then there's Prop 27, which determines who has the power to redraw legislative districts. According to one expert, this measure would make it possible once again for elected officials to choose their voters, instead of voters choosing their elected officials. Correspondent Vince Gonzales visits some districts that have been twisted and trimmed into bizarre shapes to toss out ethnic voters and the competition.
