Postpartum Danger

Suicide is now the leading cause of death among young mothers. Los Angeles is the first city in the US to offer a program for low-income and minority women suffering from postpartum depression. Correspondent Vince Gonzales examines why women of certain demographics and socio-economic backgrounds are at a higher risk for the disorder and how Los Angeles is at the forefront of pioneering programs to help them.
