When Huell's bartender at Musso & Frank Grill tells him how much he liked to eat pig ears as a child, Huell decides to try the culinary treat himself. He first stops by Gaytan Foods to see a Latin spin on how the ears are prepared. He then meets up with Ruben (from Musso & Frank) at Durango Restaurant, where they cook the meat like his mom used to. Lastly, he samples a gelatinous Asian delicacy at the Chung King Restaurant.
