Cora Kreachbaum knows she is dying and she is doing it her way, at home with her husband Terry. That choice is made possible because she has a Palliative Care Team. Palliative care is a relatively new therapeutic approach designed to provide physical comfort and support for a seriously ill or dying patient. Cora introduces "Your Turn to Care" to her palliative care team's doctor, nurse and volunteer who ease her physical pain and guide the emotional transitions for her and the family.
