Her Story: Retired from her work as an administrative secretary for a major think tank, Sarah has had a few health setbacks that threatened to slow the lively senior down. She has three children and they are a great help she says, but they have jobs and families to look after. WISE Connections helps give Sarah's family peace of mind. The non-profit program offers transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and even checks on her regularly to see if she needs anything.
Reflections: "It has literally changed my life. I am much happier. I am much busier, and I think I've even gotten well sooner and faster. Physically and mentally...I have peace of mind. My daughter is happy about it. She has peace of mind."
