Alan Dymond - Coming From London
Coming from London where parks are so plentiful and which has great embankments for the public alongside the Thames, I was disappointed by the lack of parks here in my adopted city of Los Angeles. An opportunity presented itself when I found I could volunteer to work on helping to revitalize the L.A. River and its environments, all of which will lead to creating open spaces for the public and re-connect the L.A. River to its citizens.
