Soda Stereo - 1985
I did not grow up in Los Angeles, but I did get the New Wave bug when Soda Stereo came into the scene. Probably the best concert I've ever been to in my entire life - 1985 - Plaza de Toros de Bogota, Soda's first in Colombia. It was a night to remember. I wish I had a bit of LA's Chinatown Wars.... but my wave was enough.
