Sue Kaplan is proud to be a homeowner along one of three walk streets in Venice. An intimate neighborhood in Venice, houses face each other and are split by a common sidewalk. Along the walk streets one can often children playing on tire swings or neighbors in conversation from opposite yards. Organically a neighborhood is formed here, where neighbors commonly pass each other on their way to work or along a walk with their dogs.
