VISIT STEAM LOCOMOTIVES, THEN TAKE A RIDE at the Travel Town Railroad. This outdoor museum and railroad celebrates the history of railroad transportation in the Western United States.

CAR: Take the 134 Freeway and exit on Forest Lawn Drive. Head west on Forest Lawn until reaching Zoo Drive and make a left.

TRANSIT: Take the 96 Bus and get off at Zoo and Riverside. Head west on Zoo Drive until reaching Travel Town, which should take about 20 minutes.

Griffith Park
With over 4,210 acres, this is the largest park in Los Angeles. It offers ample parking and numerous bike paths for the L.A. River.
