Heather Hoggan has been the co-president of the Arroyo Arts Collective for 13 years; the organization services local artist in the northeast and is based in Highland Park. The collective's distinct approach to community activities and appreciation for the artist history of the Arroyo has been a staple in the community. Through the Discovery Tour, an annual tour of artists' homes and studios in the area, the collective has featured hundreds of works from local residents since 1993. Hoggan shares her personal and professional experience of art and history in Highland Park.
