Through Outpost, artist-in-residence X. Andrade, Occidental College and KCET Departures, Full Dollar will examine the tradition of fine art and the graphic tradition of hand-painted signs in a series of ongoing activities throughout the summer in Highland Park. Full Dollar will culminate with the collaboration between five groups of sign painters, contemporary visual artists, and business owners in generating fixtures of artwork on select storefronts along York Boulevard.
