This is a traffic hazard, the kind of thing that causes accidents. Those little tiny flower baby heads are just too hypnotic to be by the road. I almost hit a garbage can the first time I drove by, and now I have to tell myself don't look every time I go by. If this Punk Buddha had been there, well I'd just be lucky to be alive. Someone should do something.
