Please birds, don't jack me

Silver tropic lake
Guava harvested in flakes
On sunset's morning


Kelly Simpson is a happy transplant and passionate foodie residing in Silver Lake. As an enthusiastic member of the Departures team she enjoys every bite of LA from East to West. In tribute to her two favorite neighborhoods in the city she submitted these food haikus.
