Hill Street Cafe is a cafe in a plaza on Hill Street. It initially opened for patrons of Best Western Inn, but it attracts many people young and old. This is the only cafe in Chinatown that sells sandwiches, bagels, hotdogs, pizza, and boba. I interviewed Ryan who works there. He is the cashier. I learned that although the full name of the cafe is Hill Street Cafe & Cigar, they do not sell cigars.
