Thank you for tuning in to another installment of Free Lunch, "Where You're The Reviewer." This week, we treated kcet.org commenter Charles Thompson to The Oinkster in Eagle Rock. Some of you might already be familiar with this diner that serves up, as they like to say, "high-quality American classics."

Charles' blog 100 miles explores sustainability by "going no further away than 100 miles to gather the things we need to live." I think that you'd all agree that lunching at the Oinkster qualifies for most of us. Having checked that off the list, Charles proceeded to order the much talked about reuben and belgian fries.

Charles really enjoyed the food and atmosphere at The Oinkster. They have a nice, big outdoor patio, just like their portions. Charles ended up taking half of the reuben home with him.
Well, that's it for this week, but we'd really like to hear from you. What do you think about this week's video?
Please post your comments below, and by doing so you'll become eligible to participate in Free Lunch. Also, if you have some restaurant recommendations for us, please add them to this discussion.
Keep on Lunching!
