With The Back Forty, Socal Wanderer, and KCET Departures' Field Guides, we have demonstrated our love for the great outdoors. But we want you to be part of the fun too! That is why we are giving away a California State Park Annual Vehicle Day Use Pass.
Valued at $195, the pass is valid for 12 months and gives vehicles with a capacity for nine persons or less access to most state parks (except these).
For a chance to win all you have to do is send us a short video from your phone or video camera telling us about a space outdoors you enjoy. Do you enjoy walking around your neighborhood, relaxing on your balcony, spending time on the roof of your building, or going to your neighborhood park? Well, show off your neighborhood, enjoy the outdoors, and maybe you'll win a California State Park Pass!
Send your video to ymartinez@kcet.org and we'll upload it to the KCET Youtube Channel. Let us know in your email where your video was taken. Videos must be submitted by Friday, August 17. A handful of them will be put up to public vote.
