We are giving away 10 pairs of tickets to the March 10th Writers Bloc event with Cairo-based journalist Shereen El Feki and comedian Omar Elba. To enter, leave a comment below telling us you want to attend the event!

About the event:

Writers Bloc will host Cairo-based journalist and researcher Shereen El Feki on her new book, Sex and the Citadel: Intimacy in the Changing Arab World. She will be in conversation with Egyptian American comedian Omar Elba, who has performed his standup comedy all over the world. El Feki explores the relationship between the Arab Spring and the loosening of sexual behavior and attitudes in the Arab world-- with subjects including homosexuality, premarital sex, use of condoms, sex education, gender roles, and so much more. Shereen El Feki is young, dynamic, extraordinarily engaging, and delightful. This promises to be fun and terrific.
