My favorite sushi is Amaebi (Sweet Shrimp). The creamy texture of the raw shrimp alongside the fried head portion is so delicious!

Sake a.k.a. Salmon sushi. It may be a sin, but I like lemon on it. I was instructed not to dip it in soy sauce by a nice sushi man in Tokyo.

Scallops, sea bass, cream cheese, cucumber slices, rice and raspberry jelly wrapped in seaweed with Salmon on the outside. I experimented allot in college and made this up for friends, there were no complaints.
