Commentary:
It is distressingly easy to amend our state constitution through a disturbingly broken process, the ballot initiative process. The ballot initiative process simply makes it far too easy to propose, qualify and pass citizen-initiated laws.
Comments:
It's a weekend when festivities and activities commence, but in these economically rough days, it's also a time to remember our family, friends, and neighbors who may not have the security of a job.
