The Electric Vehicle has already come and gone, but it's likely to get another big chance on the market, especially here in L.A. A report released today by UCLA predicts that the city will be a U.S. leader in EV adoption by 2015.

At 1:10 p.m., the 235-foot tall rocket lifted off from Vandenberg Air Force Base in Santa Barbara County to deliver a satellite (for unknown purposes) into orbit for the National Reconnaissance Office.
