About Me:
Civil Servant spending 6 months of the year in Madeira. This beautiful mid-Atlantic Ocean island is very popular with tourists. Especially the capital, Funchal. Whilst on holiday I often take a Madeira tour. However, the remainder of my time is spent embroiled in my job as a marine biologist.

    I'm not so keen on BBQs so it's Jackques Pepin for me everytime. The French just have that "something special" when it comes to food....
