executive chef of the only 2 fine dining kosher /steakhouse in los angels ca
im opening a new restaurant Mexican kosher,
btw im not Jewish or keep kosher but food is my live and religion and always tring to show to our customers that dont have much choices , that they should feel like that ,so i make my own blue cheese my own beef bacon ,bacon wrap scallops etc i always keep my customer to the edge and realize that everything that is not kosher can be made kosher ...you (or I) have to find the way to doi t with other ingredients....but if it doesnt taste llike the real thing i just dont serve it
