    RLC WERE NEVER A SAFETY DEVICE! They were a REVENUE DEVICE! (as I said on another article on this subject). You don't improve safety by putting cops in front of a computer screen. YOU HAVE THEM PATROL THE ROAD! LONGER...

    RLC were never installed for safety. And they are never going to be long term be used for safety. RLC do not pull over dangerous drivers, only send bills. RLC ARE A FAILURE! Most RLV crashes are plus 5 seconds...
