Ramsess is a multi-disciplinary artist based in Leimert Park whose portrait work in textile, glass, mosaic and pen honor prominent Black figures throughout history — from trailblazing artist and performer Paul Robeson to Ketanji Brown Jackson, the first Black woman nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court.
