Christine Tran is a first generation high school graduate from South El Monte, CA. Currently, she is a doctoral student at the University of Washington studying Educational Leadership, Policy & Organizations. Her prior experiences include teaching middle and high school as well as engaging in policy and program analysis work across the United States in Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C. Christine obtained her bachelor's degrees in Asian American Studies and English, as well as a Master of Education from the UCLA. She also holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Columbia University in the City of New York.
