Gina Pollack is a documentary filmmaker and a multimedia producer, interested in telling stories about the intersection of policy and the human experience. Her short film “Undue Burden” was a New York Times Op Doc and debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2017. She comes to KCET from KCRW, where she produced stories on art, pop culture, and politics for the show Press Play with Madeleine Brand. She also helped develop the KCRW podcast “The Document,” a mashup of documentary film and radio with Producer Matt Holzman. She is an alum of the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism.
