Grant Keller

My Mom moved us to Venice in the late 50's and I grew up near Venice and Lincoln. I met my first love in Venice and am still in touch with her. I raised my own family on one of the walkway streets.

I remember watching the Beat poets on Venice beach near the Gashouse. For the last few years I have been writing poetry to recover from grief and regain my trust of reality. I write in memory of my son Aaron, and in celebration of the lives of my daughter Anna-Lisa and my grandchildren Madison, Brandon and Grayson. As you can see, I got better.
