Jude Webre

Jude Webre is a doctoral candidate in U.S. History at Columbia University specializing in cultural democracy, the American avant-garde, and popular music. He has written for Tropics of Meta and The Daily as well as assisting with research on Robert Caro's The Passage of Power. His alter ego has performed and recorded electric & upright bass with numerous musical artists since before the millennium.
