Laurel J. Felt

Laurel J. Felt is a PhD candidate at the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, specializing in 21st century learning. She is an Instructional Design Specialist with the USC Joint Educational Project, one of the largest service-learning organizations in the country. From 2010-2012, Laurel was the lead Research Assistant for USC Project New Media Literacies. She has co-authored journal articles and book chapters and, with various partners in Los Angeles, Dakar, and Mumbai, co-created curricula that both enrich youths' social and emotional competence and leverage diverse media.
