Lesley Tellez

Lesley Téllez is a Southern California native and the author of "Eat Mexico: Recipes from Mexico City's Streets, Markets and Fondas." Her work has appeared in Saveur, The New York Times, The Guardian and The Los Angeles Times, among other publications. She's also the founder and owner of Eat Mexico Culinary Tours, which offers street food and market tours in Mexico City.
