Maggie Geoga

Maggie Geoga is a graduate student in Egyptology at Brown University, where she studies ancient Egyptian language and literature. She has worked at the Field Museum in Chicago, assisting in the collection and analysis of CT scans of Egyptian human and animal mummies and working on the Predynastic Project. Her research interests include ancient Egyptian historical writing, the transmission of text, semiotics of Egyptian image and text, and funerary religion in the Pyramid and Coffin Texts.
