Matt Seigel is one of the leading mixologists both in L.A. and in New York City. Before becoming the owner and chief operator of In The Spirit Of Hospitality, Seigel — an L.A. native — spent three years in the Big Apple working at Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad. He has a passion for taking ingredients out of the kitchen and into his drinks.
