Virginia Miller has visited over 10,000 restaurants around the globe, marrying obsessions for food, travel and writing by launching her site The Perfect Spot, in 2007. Living in San Francisco for nearly two decades — but growing up in suburbs of Los Angeles and NYC — she’s been Zagat editor, Table8 National Editor/Content VP, SF Guardian critic, Time Out columnist, is Worlds 50 Best Restaurants Chair West, a food/drink judge for many international awards, teaches classes on food/drink and writes for over 60 international publications. She’s equally known for her drink expertise, visiting thousands of the world's best bars, distilleries, wineries and breweries, judging in writing especially about spirits and cocktails regularly at Liquor.com, Gin Magazine, Distiller Magazine, etc.
