In Case You Missed It: D.J. Waldie at LMU
In case any TTLA readers missed D.J. Waldie's post last week about his appearance at Loyola Marymount University*, you might want to visit here.
Waldie writes that he was a panelist at a program about the L.A. Times, organized by Dr. Fernando Guerra, director of the Leavey Center for the Study of Los Angeles.
More from TTLA in the future about the Center...
And here's one small, tangential comment inspired by Waldie's sage post. If memory serves, LMU's business school gives away to students and visitors complimentary copies of the print editions of the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. Can't ever recall seeing stacks of gratis LATs.
*Full disclosure: I'm a freelance contributor to LMU Vistas magazine, and a past contributor to LMU.edu and other university publications.
