If it's good enough for City Halls...In the grand and wholly inconsequential tradition of residents of one burgh placing absurd wagers on championship sports series...Think Tank LA and Boston's Exhibitionist are betting one blog post on the outcome of the NBA finals.Exhibitionist, for anyone who doesn't already know, is the Boston Globe arts blog run by Globe staff writer and TTLA friend Geoff Edgers.
If -- when -- the Los Angeles Lakers, team of Jamaal Wilkes, defeat the Boston Celtics, team of M.L. Carr, then Edgers will write a blog post for TTLA.In the unlikely even that the physists working at CERN create during the next two weeks an alternate universe in which Rajon Rondo starts knocking down three-pointers and Ron Artest stops doing just that...And the Celtics win... Then TTLA's blogger will write a post for Exhibitionist. In short: Ain't gonna happen. See you from some secluded Wi-Fi dead zone up the PCH, while Exhibitionist files from the Fenway.Related: A 'Postcard From L.A.' from two summers ago.
