Cocktail Recipe: The Laredo from Willie Jane



We've found a refreshing, simple (just use fancy ingredients!) cocktail from the relatively new Willie Jane in Venice, a restaurant run by celebrity chef Govind Armstrong. It's hot out again, so it's the perfect time for a drink like this. (And don't tell Govind, but we might add a splash or two of club soda!)



  • 1.5 oz Resposado tequila
  • .07 oz grapefruit liqueur (they use Pamplemousse)
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice

To Prepare

Combine ingredients in pint glass, shake well, and strain over ice in a rocks glass with a salted, Cajun-spiced rim.
