Cocktail Recipe: The Laredo from Willie Jane

We've found a refreshing, simple (just use fancy ingredients!) cocktail from the relatively new Willie Jane in Venice, a restaurant run by celebrity chef Govind Armstrong. It's hot out again, so it's the perfect time for a drink like this. (And don't tell Govind, but we might add a splash or two of club soda!)

Laredo
1.5 oz Resposado tequila
.07 oz grapefruit liqueur (they use Pamplemousse)
0.5 oz fresh lime juice

Combine ingredients in pint glass, shake well, and strain over ice in a rocks glass with a salted, Cajun-spiced rim
