Scenes from the Hope for Firefighters Food Festival
Last Thursday, a section of Hope Street in downtown L.A. was shut down for the 15th annual Hope for Firefighters, an outdoor festival benefiting LAFD charitable funds. Besides music and the "Firefighter Muster Games" -- a series of firefighter-related challenges for the layperson to try their hands at -- there was food. Oh, how there was food. So we sent our photographer into the ruckus to check it out.

Coronavirus deaths continued to steadily increase in Los Angeles County today, with health officials announcing another 45 fatalities and more than 1,500 new cases.
