Actor, writer, director and producer, Rob Reiner has created some of the most memorable and loved American Cinema. Films such as This Is Spinal Tap, When Harry Met Sally, The Princess Bride, Stand by Me and A Few Good Men are engrained in the popular culture.

But it was while working on his film The Bucket List with Jack Nicholson that Reiner got the inspiration to make And So It Goes.

When on a press junket to promote the film Nicholson was asked what was on his personal bucket list. When the actor replied 'One more great romance' the wheels began turning for Reiner who set about creating a film about people falling in love later in life.

Hear Rob in our exclusive Q&A podcast with KCET Cinema Series host Pete Hammond as they discuss how the film was made and how women are just more mature than men.
