The Summer KCET Cinema Series ended Tuesday, August 7th at the Aero Theater with a screening of "Robot & Frank." About the film:

Set in the near future an ex-jewel thief receives an unusual gift from his son, a Robot butler programmed to look after him. But things take a turn when the new companions try their luck at pulling off a few heists. Stars Frank Langella, Susan Sarandon, Peter Sarsgaard. Winner of the Alfred P. Sloan Feature Film Prize at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival.

The film series was an overall success and featured Q&A's with many talented directors and producers. After the screening of Tuesday's film, audience members took part in a Q&A with director Jake Schreier and then voted on their favorite film.
