My name is Leonardo Salbio. I've been working with horses for about 32 years. I've been working here for 5 years. My morning routine is to arrive at 4:30 a.m., and toss them in a corral we call the sand pen. Once I've got them over there I bring them back and I brush them, and when I have them all back in their stables I wash out their buckets, I give them clean water and food.

I'm the 45th grandchild of my generation and I'm the only one that likes horses. What I like most is the connection I have with them. I arrive in the morning and they all know me because they know that I'm the one that feeds them and gives them water. They start neighing and talking to me and I whistle at them, talk to them and they're happy.
