You're a resident of Atwater?

Resident of Atwater Village for sixteen plus years now. Atwater Village is amazing not only because now it's blossoming with cool little shops and coffee places, it's good because as long as there's parking it'll always feel like a very community oriented kind of suburb. It's a good place to have a family. And this is from somebody who's lived here when it wasn't necessarily the best as it is now. It was as picturesque as I could get living so close to L.A.

There are a lot of remnants from this neighborhood when it was built in the thirties, nineteen twenty-seven actually to be exact. If you look at some of the the sidewalk it will say manufactured and built strong, nineteen twenty-seven. It's awesome.

According to the annual California Green Innovation Index released by Next 10 last week, California is off track from meeting its climate goals for the year 2030, as well as reaching carbon neutrality by 2045.
