Translation:

I've been living here for 40 years. Well, if you're not looking for trouble you're not going to find it. We're fine here. If we've managed to stay for 40 years it's because we're doing fine. As a business owner, a tire man, after 40 years I've gotten to know a lot of people. Everyone knows us around here by "Mirandas."

Every year there have been improvements here.

I have two sons. I never found it too difficult raising them here. If you spend time with them, and are with them for every step they take, pushing them and pushing them, everything comes out fine.

Like I said if you're not looking for trouble you're not going to find it. If you're a junkie, a drug addict, without a job, well that's when I think you're going to have problems. But if you're focused on your job you won't have any problems.

The most important thing is to be happy and that's it, keep your family happy, and everything's going to to go well. When everything's good with the family we're all ok.
