John Kalish

John Kalish has set his sights on crossroads that merge, instead of divide, ever since he was an undergraduate at Vassar College, where he enjoyed the distinction of  being an English major and a student of art historian Linda Nochlin at the highest academic course level. Throughout his career in television, he straddled the line between news and entertainment, as a producer for CNN and "Entertainment Tonight," the show runner/producer at the launch of "Good Morning America" and "Big Brother," and most recently as senior producer and show runner of the PBS series, "Market Warriors," a series about buying and selling antiques and collectibles, that was a journey in a reality format using the vocabulary of actual facts, neither faked nor baked as anything other than true.
