Nina Zippay

Nina Zippay does a lot of things. She is a radical cook, writer, teacher, learner, traveler, and entrepreneur. In 2013 she launched www.radicalcooks.com offering cooking classes for the young and not-so-young. She publishes a blog at the same site entitled "Radical Feasts." Let's not forget that she also teaches nature writing to small children and publishes another blog at www.radicalradishes.com. In her non-existent spare time she is writing memoir about her early years as the barkeeper's daughter.
