Los Angeles - February 7, 2011 - KCET,

the country's largest independent public television station, continues to

interrupt its regular programming with an international news block with diverse

perspectives. Those broadcasts include: Al

Jazeera

English News, BBC World News

and news

from the Israeli Broadcast Authority.

KCET is the only major broadcaster in Southern California to offer Al Jazeera

English live to its viewers.
