BURBANK AND ORANGE COUNTY, CA - May 27, 2014 -KCETLink, the national independent public transmedia organization,

is pleased to announce that it is expanding its partnership with Chapman

University with new programming initiatives including the university's

award-winning interview series DIALOGUE WITH DOTI and a special Huell

Howser marathon featuring episodes from CALIFORNIA'S GOLD,

CALIFORNIA'S GOLDEN PARKS

and ROAD TRIP series.

Beginning June 6 at 8:30 p.m., KCET will air monthly 30-minute episodes

of Chapman's DIALOGUE WITH DOTI, a talk show profiling today's leaders

in business, science, the arts and more. Hosted by Chapman University

president, Jim Doti, the award-winning series produced by the university's

Panther Productions has featured such diverse guests as author and historian

Elie Wiesel, film star Ernest Borgnine, mother-daughter clothing designers

Kelly and Marie Gray and novelist Elizabeth George.

The first episode features four-time Tony Award®-winning playwright

Terrence McNally ("Master Class," "Ragtime," "Kiss of the Spider Woman"). His

first play, "The Lady of the Camellias," premiered on Broadway, when

McNally was 25. He shares stories and memories of his life and discusses his

play "Mothers and Sons" which has been nominated for a Tony Award®.

Also, KCET will bring back fresh episodes from Huell

Howser's vast library housed at Chapman University, that includes

CALIFORNIA'S

GOLD, CALIFORNIA'S GOLDEN PARKS

and ROAD TRIP, as well as others.

KCET will air a marathon on Saturday, June 7, from 8 p.m.-1:30 a.m., and

also offer returning programs in Huell Howser's regular weekday and weekend

show slots on KCET. In January, KCET aired a marathon comprised of the top

episodes from Howser's library voted on by fans.

KCET and Chapman have partnered on previous projects including the

university's annual Holiday Wassail Concert, which has aired on KCET for the

last two years.
